“Taking the initial steps towards a healthier lifestyle can sometimes be daunting. It can become a mental and emotional battle. Then comes the comparisons to other people's ability to gain/lose weight, wear certain clothes, or even step on stage in a bodybuilding or figure contest. "Only eat clean foods", and "no eating after 6 pm" gets ingrained into our daily existence, and it all becomes a bit of a whirlwind. Then, we slam on our brakes.
